Intro

In this section in admin panel you can find list of Travel policy builder form requests - form filling results by user in block Travel policy builder.

Form requests list

The Form Requests section displays a table with the following columns:

  • Date: The date when the form was submitted.
  • Lang: The selected language of the page where the form was filled.
  • Country: Values selected by the user during step 'Your business'.
  • Company name: Values selected by the user during step '1. Your business'.
  • Currency: Values selected by the user during step '1. Your business'.
  • Click restart: Displays "Yes" if the user clicked the restart button.
  • First name: Values selected by the user during step '10. Your policy'. Now hide;
  • Last name: Values selected by the user during step '10. Your policy'. Now hide;
  • Email: Values selected by the user during step '10. Your policy'. Now hide;
  • Completed: Displays a checkmark or cross, indicating whether the user completed Step 8.
  • Downloaded: Displays a checkmark or cross, indicating whether the pdf was successfully downloaded by user.
  • Step 1 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).
  • Step 2 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).
  • Step 3 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).
  • Step 4 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).
  • Step 5 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).
  • Step 6 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).
  • Step 7 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).
  • Step 8 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).
  • Step 9 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).
  • Step 10 (*step): Indicates whether the user completed this step (checkmark or cross).

Note: For each step, a checkmark indicates completion, while a cross indicates that the step was skipped or not completed.

Available Actions

The following filters and actions are available for managing form requests:

Filters

  • Search: Text input: search by company name, first name, last name or email.
  • Date Filter: A date picker to filter form submissions within a specific range (From and To).
  • Currency: Dropdown with list of currencies: filter by currency.
  • Country: Dropdown with list of countries: filter by country.
  • Completed: Dropdown with options:
    • Yes: Filter for completed Step 8..
    • No: Filter for incomplete Step 8..
  • Downloaded: Dropdown with options:
    • Yes: Filter for users who downloaded the pdf result.
    • No: Filter for users who didn’t downloaded the pdf result.
  • Click restart: Dropdown with options:
    • Yes: Filter for users who clicked the restart button.
    • No: Filter for users who didn’t clicked the restart button.
  • Filter Button: Applies the selected filters.
  • Clear Filter Button: Resets all filter criteria.

Form field values

The Travel policy builder items section displays a table with the following columns:

  • ID: Unique identifier for each item.
  • Name: Item name
  • Value: Now not used.
  • Type: Type of group field data.

Available Actions

  • Active / Bin Switcher: Move the translation to the bin or restore it, with the option to permanently delete.
  • Type Dropdown Filter: Filter items by type.
  • Search Input Filter: Search items by name.
  • Send to MemSource: Button for sending items to MemSource (explained below).
  • New Item: Add a new item.
